WORKPLACE CONSULTANT
 
The Workplace Consultant is a key sales position responsible for driving significant growth for our organization. The ideal candidate is responsible for growing our business and achieving personal sales targets. In the role as a Trilogie Workplace Consultant, you will focus on identifying and partnering with new clients, cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients, and nurturing relationships with strategic industry business partners. Target clients include commercial end users in the corporate, healthcare, and higher education markets. Target business partners include interior designers, architects, and commercial general contractors.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of previous experience in business-to-business sales development is required

  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to engage prospects and build strong rapport

  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail

  • Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing targets

  • Ability to thrive independently and as a valuable collaborative team member

  • Familiarity with the office furniture, architecture, or real estate industry is preferred

  • Passion for design and construction markets

  • A proactive and self-motivated person willing to offer exceptional service to our clients

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through diverse channels such as phone calls, emails, networking, and social media to discover potential customers

  • Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring effective identification of decision-makers and key influencers

  • Educate prospects about our comprehensive range of products, services, and solutions, emphasizing our unique value propositions

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations, creating optimal conditions for sales success

  • Leads all aspects of the sales process while leveraging other sales, marketing, and operational resources to assist in solution development or implementation

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of product updates and industry trends

  • Effectively present our value proposition to influence customers

  • Network with end users, architects, designers, and contractors through involvement in trade associations

  • Adept at managing existing customers to ensure retention and continued sales growth

  • Use CRM to manage a priority-based schedule with existing and target customers
